• Turn SLIGHT LEFT onto RUSSELL RD.
• RIGHT onto E CEDAR ST / CT-175.

From West Hartford, Farmington, West farms mall area:

• Merge onto CT-9 S via the ramp on the LEFT toward MIDDLETOWN
